Service Level Agreement
Support emails will typically be responded to the same day, if it was sent during normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. Emails sent after normal business hours, will be responded to on the following business day, if not sooner. Urgent messages left on our voice mailbox will be listened to on arrival if during normal business hours. Each issue will be assessed individually and prioritized accordingly, and dealt with promptly.
