Service Level Agreement
Support emails are typically responded to the same day that they're received, if they were sent during normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Emails sent after normal business hours will be responded to on the following business day, if not sooner. Urgent messages left on our voice mailbox will be listened to on arrival if during normal business hours. Each issue will be assessed individually, prioritized, and addressed as promptly as possible.
